Ingredients

  

• 3-4 organic rose petals

• 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

• Prosecco to top

Method

 

1. Muddle strawberries, lemon balm, and 2 rose petals in a shaker

Notes

Ingredients

  

• 4 chocolate mint leaves
• 4 spearmint leaves
• 2 nasturtium flowers
• 1 sprig lemon thyme
• 2 oz white rum
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 1/2 oz coconut cream
• 1/2 oz lime juice
• Soda water to top

Method

 

1. Gently muddle chocolate mint, spearmint, and 1 nasturtium flower in a shaker
2. Add rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and lime juice with ice
3. Shake briefly and strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice
4. Top with soda water
5. Garnish with remaining nasturtium flower, and lemon thyme sprig

Notes

Multiply ingredients by the number of guests and combine everything except soda water in a pitcher. Store refrigerated for up to 3 hours. Pour over ice and top individual glasses with soda water to order.

• 3 sprigs lemon thyme replaces lemon verbena
• 1 small sprig English lavender

• 3/4 oz herb-infused simple syrup*
• 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1 egg white optional, for frothy texture

Method

 

1. Muddle blueberries and purple basil in the bottom of a shaker
2. Add vodka, herb syrup, lemon juice, and egg white (if using)
3. Dry shake vigorously for 15 seconds to emulsify egg white
4. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled
5. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass
6. Garnish with a small sprig each of lemon thyme and rosemary

Notes

*For herb-infused simple syrup: Combine 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, 3 sprigs lemon thyme, 2 sprigs each of lavender, rosemary, and regular thyme. Bring to simmer, remove from heat, and steep 30 minutes. Strain and refrigerate.

Method

 

1. Muddle blueberries, 2 nasturtium flowers, and rose petal in bourbon for 30 minutes

4. Stir until well-chilled
5. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube
