Ingredients
Method
- Finely dice peppers, removing seeds and ribs for less heat.
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer until the mixture has thickened.
- Pour into sterilized jars while hot.
Notes
- Refrigerate immediately.
- Use within 3-4 weeks.
- The jam will thicken more as it cools.
