  • 4 buena mulata peppers
  • 2 tbsp rose water
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 2 tsp pink peppercorns
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 small shallot, minced

Method
 

  1. Roast peppers, then remove stems and seeds.
  2. Sauté shallot until translucent.
  3. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  4. Strain through a fine mesh sieve for ultimate elegance.

  • Store in airtight glass bottles in the refrigerator.
  • Best used within 2 weeks for optimal flavor.
  • The wine content prevents pantry storage.
